TERROR - REX

This LIFE-SIZE T-REX
head is an excellent prop for a haunted hayride or theme park attraction. When in the
retracted position, the head is high in the air so trees, brush or other types of foliage
can hide it. Upon activation, the head comes down out of the foliage rotating back and
forth giving the appearance that T-REX is looking for a victim.
As the head rotates, T-REX opens and closes its mouth showing
off the razor sharp eyeteeth inside. This prop is supplied with a LIFE-SIZE - custom
painted - fiberglass head, platform, complete hydraulic system and electronic control with
digital audio source that brings this beast to life. An Audio Sound System IS NOT supplied; however, it can be
purchased for an additional cost. |

GHOUL GRINDER

This prop is not for a person with a
weak stomach. It can be used indoors, however, it is best used on hayrides or haunted
walks. As the spectators approach, they hear the screams from a person pleading for their
life. They see the person ( a quality latex body ) suspended near the opening of the
hopper on the GHOUL grinder. The effect is enhanced by the awesome sound of a tree
shredder humming and the gears on the front turning continuously. Then the mad operator
swings the boom, holding the body, directly over the hopper of the grinder. The operator
releases the crank winch handle and the person is slowly lowered into the hopper. When the
latex body is completely in the hopper, the operator presses a foot switch that silences
the screaming and automatically changes the sound effect to an eerie deep grinding sound.
At the same time, two doors on the rear open and release a large amount of small latex
body parts into the catch tray at the bottom. Also, a pump starts pumping red food colored
water down through the doors. When the viewers have passed, the unit is turned off and the
body is cranked to the top again. The body parts fall onto a screen to allow easy return
to the upper compartment. The GHOUL GRINDER requires 75-psi air pressure and 115 volts of
electric to operate. This prop comes complete with latex
body parts and a Pro Audio System.

DUNGEON OF DOOM
This prop creates the illusion that the person in the dungeon has
been hanging around way too long. The person in the dungeon is serving a life sentence and
is shackled at the wrists with leather straps and chains that they can pull up and down
and make a terrible rattling noise. Since the illusion is that his lower extremities are
missing and the body has been there so long that his guts are partially missing, it makes
for a great prop in any haunted attraction. The use of flame retardant, plastic rock
panels gives the prop an awesome dungeon appearance. The operator wears a stripped prison
outfit that fits the part! Our Dungeon of Doom prop also has steel bars in the front to
enhance the effect.
This prop comes complete
with a 240-watt Audio Centron Sound System, Boss VT1 voice transposer, and clip on
microphone. Together, these items allow the operator to create a wide variety of different
voice effects.

to operate.

DEAD TREE

Make that chainsaw effect look real!
This tree trunk effect was designed mainly for use on hayrides or haunted walks. In a
wooded area, the chainsaw operator can approach the DEAD TREE effect and place the
chainsaw, without the chain, into a groove at the base of the tree with the motor running.
While revving the motor, the chainsaw can be slid through the groove to simulate cutting
the tree. When the chainsaw is almost through the tree, the operator can step on a foot
switch that will cause the tree trunk to topple. The tree will produce sawdust chips from
the cut area as it is falling. To reset the scene, the operator will press the foot switch
again and the tree will return to the upright position. The
DEAD TREE requires 100-psi air pressure and a 115-volt electric circuit to operate.
This effect is also available in a portable, 12-volt DC, model
for areas where air and electric are not available. A 12-volt DC car battery and a
portable air tank are required for this version. It may be necessary to refill the air
tank several times in an evening when the prop is being heavily used.
